Simple Process
1. Approve Card Layout
• Using your logo and guidance, we’ll provide you with an initial design for your card - for free! Click here for card design options.
• Your custom card will feature your logo, your colors, and a unique layout of how the details of each individual will appear on each card.
2. Enter Personnel Details
• You simply enter the required data for each new card: name, employee number, title, expiration date, etc.
• Data can be easily imported from an excel spreadsheet to go even faster
3. Add Photographs
• Photographs can be taken with a web cam, digital camera, phone, or scanner – or they can be attached from a file

• You will see a high-definition image on your computer screen of each card, front and back, showing exactly how each card will appear
4. Click “Produce”
• Card data is immediately and securely sent to our professional card production facility
That’s It!
Your cards will be produced the very same day, as long as data is received prior to 4PM EST. They are shipped the same day, by the delivery method you specify. You will be able to track online the status of every order placed.
Once your cards are designed, any number of authorized people in your organization (for example, in branch offices or remote locations) can be provided with the ability to produce cards. More information for multi-site organizations.
An unlimited number of different card designs may be prepared and used as required.
The data base of cards issued resides on your computer, allowing you to modify and re-issue a card at any time. For data security reasons, no personnel data is ever kept on the InstantCard server.
