Simple Process

1. Approve Card Layout

• Using your logo and guidance, we’ll design your card – for free! Several different card design options are available.

• Your custom card will feature your logo, your colors, and a unique layout of how the details of each individual will appear on each card.

2. Enter Personnel Details

• You simply enter the required data for each new card: name, employee number, title, expiration date, etc.
• Data can be easily imported from an excel spreadsheet to avoid data entry

3. Add Photographs

• Photographs can be taken with a web cam, digital camera, phone, or scanner – or they can be referenced as part of an excel spreadsheet
• Please be sure to check out our guidelines for taking top-quality ID photographs..
• Point to the person’s photo, and crop and zoom the picture to the perfect size with the built-in framing tool (no need to crop with PhotoShop or some other external picture-editing program!)
• You will see a high-definition image on your computer screen of each card, front and back, showing exactly how each card will look when its printed.

4. Click “Produce”

• Card data is immediately and securely sent to our professional card production facility

That’s It!

Your cards will be produced the very same day, as long as the order is received prior to 4PM EST. Cards are always shipped the same day, by the delivery method you specify. You will be able to track online the status of every order placed.

Once your cards are designed, any number of authorized people in your organization (for example, in branch offices or remote locations) can be provided with the ability to produce cards.

An unlimited number of different card design templates may be prepared and used – at no additional cost!

The data base of cards issued resides on your computer, allowing you to modify and re-issue a card at any time. For data security reasons, no personnel data is kept on the InstantCard server.
