After the initial greeting, find out if the customer is:
1. a client calling with a specific request, or
2. a prospect who has already spoken to us, and needs more information.
If it is, fill in message form below.
Otherwise, it is probably a “cold call” to get information about our service.
If the caller wants information about the service, you may tell him:
“InstantCard is an online service for outsourcing the printing of professional, plastic Photo ID cards. Rather than investing in equipment, you only pay for cards on an as-needed basis. You can produce 1 or 10 or 100 cards at the same low cost, just as easily. We produce and ship all cards the same day we receive your order. “
