When you click on the “live support” link below, a small LiveLook window will appear, and a random 5-digit session key will be generated.  By giving this 5-digit code to the InstantCard agent, you will be authorizing him to view your computer screen.  He will then be able to guide you over the phone, but he will not have control of your computer.
